		<description>You don&#039;t have to install the VMware tools inside ESX, it was just an experimental thing from my side. It did work for me by the way. In general, all what u need to do is to create your template, and choose not to customize when deploying the image.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;thanks for your interest in the subject :)</description>
