postheadericon From Russia with love!

For a reason I still don’t understand, nearly 70% of the referring sites to my blog are either based in Russia or speaking Russian language!

Of course I’m not complaining here! I’m just making a very interesting observation (well, at least for me), and trying to tell them “thank you” for all their kind words (I hope!)

These are “some” of the sites I’m referring to..err…i mean, the ones referring to me:

And in case you are curious about the other traffic sources, the top list in order would be as follows:

  • Google.com
  • communities.vmware.com
  • blogs.vmware.com
  • vmware.com
  • vsphere-land.com
  • twitter.com

Thanks to everyone!

  • We like your blog! ;)
News from us http://vmind.ru/2009/12/11/wha... on english!
  • Well, who nows, maybe you'll became a Star in Russia. Then You'll open a business there, became rich, gets married to a Russian girl and....

    Just kidding... -:)

No, but I can't explain that either. On my website, the visitors speaking Russian are on 10th position, and with quite low number of pages visited...

If I was like 20 years younger I could put a page in Russian, but I forgot most of what I learned at school...

    Cheers
    Vladan

  • Hi Vladan, these are just the referring sites, not the actual visitors. Most of my visitors are coming from the USA with a percentage over 35%.

Anyways, i was just making an observation and showing my appreciation to these sites!
